Colleen Yasuhara has served as the Chief Operating Officer of Hawaii Information Service (HIS) since 2016. In 2013, she was an integral part of the leadership team that orchestrated a stunning one-year financial and operational turnaround. This year, the company launched into beta its brand new, built from the ground up MLS system to its members. She joined the company in 2007 as a Sales Representative and has held several positions at HIS before being appointed to her current role. As a business executive, Colleen believes in a workplace culture of empowerment, accountability, and family first. Hawaii Information Service is named among the Best Places to Work in Hawaii for seven years in a row. Born and raised on O’ahu, Colleen enjoys traveling, working in her garden and baking. She makes time to volunteer in support of causes relating to foster children, Hawaii’s kupuna (senior community) and homelessness.
