Leesa Baker, VP and Chief Care/Compliance Officer has over 25 years of experience in legal administration, 17 years in real estate, and 12 years in customer care. This experience makes her intimately familiar with the needs and expectations of Brokers. Leesa leads the Customer Success, Education and Development, and Data Accuracy and MLS Policy teams at REcolorado. The Customer Success team recently scored “better than best in class” through a survey conducted by the Loyalty Research Center. She also serves as the staff liaison to the Rules and Regulations committee, helping shape policy that promotes transparency. In addition, she frequently coordinates and communicates items with the state licensing authority to promote the best interests of the MLS and broader real estate industry. Leesa enjoys speaking at various local and national events to share her industry insights.
