Rodney Gansho joined the National Association of REALTORS® in 1990. Since that time, he has held several positions related to REALTOR® Association governance and policy. He is currently the Director of Engagement with NAR’s Engagement Team.
Rodney serves as the staff executive for the Multiple Listing Issues and Policies Committee and the MLS Technology and Emerging Issues Advisory Board. He is also the liaison between NAR and the CEOs for its Institutes, Societies, and Councils.
A graduate of the University of Illinois, Rodney has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He obtained his RCE (REALTOR® Association Certified Executive) designation in 2004 and holds the CMLX2 designation. He is a life-long resident of Chicago where he lives with his wife Diane and their two children Miles (19) and Brooke (17).
